      The Basic Plan includes core portal functionality such as email/password login, employee profiles, role-based access control, page and navigation management, request submission and tracking, integration with Creatio Service (license not included), and system logging and monitoring.
    • Do I need to have a Creatio license to use the portal?
      Only if you plan to use the features that rely on Creatio (such as request submission processing or portal analytics). The Basic and higher tiers include a connector to Creatio Service, but a valid Creatio license must be purchased separately if not already in place.
    • What localizations are supported in each plan?
