Example: an initiator submits a request labeled “metal structures,” but in fact it’s “office supplies.” The system cross-checks data, analyzes nomenclature, and flags the mismatch. This approach minimizes fraud risks and reduces the team’s workload.

We spoke with auto retailers from Chile who also use AI to transcribe and analyze calls. I asked them to show how they configure interfaces, classification rules, and analytics. They said, “We don’t.” The vendor manages everything. No access to logic, no filters. They simply use what’s provided.
