We are looking for an enthusiastic Digital Marketing Manager full-time (mid-level and higher) to help us grow and maintain our inbound/outbound marketing strategy. You will plan, oversee and implement marketing activities and campaigns. You will build sustainable digital function in our сompany and will drive high quality leads through different digital channels in targeted US, Central Asia and European markets.
Who are you, our ideal team member?
- You bring 2+ years of experience in digital marketing
- 1+ years of successful experience in promotion and lead generation for B2B IT companies, either agency or in-house
- You are proficient in a wide range of digital marketing channels and instruments like PPC, social media engagement, email
- “At home” with advertising platforms like Google Ads, LinkedIn, and Meta; skilled in working with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager and Excel to extract actionable insights and make informed decisions
- You excel at managing KPIs, planning, developing, and overseeing budgets.
- You consistently apply key internet marketing metrics, including CTR, CPL, CPA, CPC, ROMI, and others
- You have demonstrated cases of extremely high conversion from what was agreed to what was done. The ideal candidate is an achiever, obsessed with getting tasks done
- You have strong presentation skills
- You can confidently negotiate with partners and contractors in English (Intermediate or higher level)
- You are a motivated, educated, open-minded, and tolerant individual.
- You propose innovative ideas and successfully implement them.
- You are enthusiastic about contributing to the development and adaptation of marketing automation tools
Nice-to-have:
- Experience in digital marketing for international projects
- Content marketing and SEO knowledge
- Familiarity with YouTube, Telegram, and WhatsApp as marketing channels
- A solid understanding of basic UI/UX principles
- Experience working with WordPress
- Well-versed in CRM systems and their operation
What you’ll do:
- Expand the sales funnel, and drive B2B sales growth in the US, Europe and Central Asia Markets. Annually, quarterly, monthly develop and execute the company’s product and service promotion strategy to generate leads
- Leverage both inbound and outbound approaches, launching, analyzing, and optimizing ad campaigns to hit KPIs, and evaluating the effectiveness of each initiative
- Email marketing: develop strategy and content plan for email campaigns, systematically collect contacts, segment the audience, design emails using builders, craft compelling message scripts
- Collaborate with and manage tasks for the SEO team (external contractor) to ensure alignment with goals
- Work with Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and YouTube to drive targeted traffic
- Create and optimize landing pages, ensuring the corporate website’s peak performance through relevant content, strong UI/UX, and robust SEO (a new site has just launched!)
- Cross-functional work with brand managers, content creators, lead generation specialists, and the sales team
- When necessary, recruit, manage, and oversee marketing contractors.
- Continuously monitor and analyze market dynamics, including geographical metrics, competitor strategies, and emerging industry trends
- Leverage CRM systems to track progress, generate insightful reports on individual performance, and oversee contractor work
- Contribute as an expert in the development and adaptation of marketing automation tools
