We are looking for the Product Owner / Business Analyst to join our team!

Key Responsibilities:

Product Responsibilities:

• Shaping the vision of the new product version and contributing to the overall product strategy.

• Managing the product backlog: prioritization, refinement, creation of user stories and acceptance criteria.

• Collaborating with the development team: clarifying requirements, participating in plannings, demos, and feature acceptance.

• Conducting market and competitor analysis (when needed).

Client-Specific Features:

• Conducting client interviews and analyzing business needs.

• Gathering, categorizing, and formalizing requirements, including those outside the core product scope.

• Designing implementation concepts and system-level solutions.

• Preparing technical documentation, specifications, API requirements, and process diagrams.

• Managing client-related tasks from discovery to implementation.

• Preparing and delivering solution demonstrations for clients.

System & Business Analysis:

• Building AS-IS / TO-BE business process models.

• Modeling processes using BPMN/UML and describing system logic.

• Understanding of system architectures (2-tier, 3-tier, microservices) and integration approaches.

• Assessing the impact of changes on systems, data, and business metrics.

• Preparing technical requirements and overseeing the quality of implementation.

Additional Responsibilities (including Pre-Sale activities):

• Participating in client discussions regarding requirements and implementation approaches.

• Preparing and delivering product demos.

• Estimating initiatives: scope, complexity, cost, timelines.

• Providing well-reasoned estimates and ROI justification for proposed solutions.

• Preparing client-facing materials: presentations, concepts, proposals.

• Understanding product competitive advantages and positioning solutions effectively.

• Handling large volumes of documentation and managing parallel tasks.

Requirements:

Must Have:

• 2–3+ years of experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or System Analyst.

• Experience working with enterprise clients and complex IT solutions.

• Background in financial, banking, or related industries.

• Strong requirements gathering and structuring skills.

• Experience creating technical specifications and documentation.

• Solid understanding of SDLC, Agile methodologies, and backlog management.

• Experience with tools such as GitLab, Confluence, modeling tools, and preferably Figma.

• Experience delivering presentations and solution demos.

• Skills in project estimation (complexity, scope, approximate cost).

• Ability to justify solution value and ROI.

• Strong communication skills.

Nice to Have:

• Experience with Creatio or other low-code platforms.

• Understanding of SQL and database principles.

• Participation in pre-sale activities (demos, estimations, solution shaping).

• English level: Upper-Intermediate or higher.

• Readiness for occasional business trips.
