We are looking for the Project Manager to join our team!
Basic requirements:
- Experience of managing IT projects for at least 2 years (portfolio of 3-5 IT projects simultaneously);
- Deep understanding of each stage of Project Life Cycle;
- Successful experience of client and team management;
- Good knowledge and ability to apply in practice Waterfall and AGILE methods of implementation/development of IT projects;
- Knowledge of project tools: MS Project, Jira, Confluence;
- Skills of work with at least one of the systems of the next class: ERP, CRM, accounting, document management systems, etc.;
- English level — upper Intermediate or higher;
It will be a plus:
- Experience with Creatio platform;
- Knowledge of business process notes:
- Availability of course certificates (direction PM);
What you’ll do:
- To form a calendar plan of the project, actualize and control performance both on the part of the project team and on the part of the customer;
- Work with various types of contracts: Fix Price, Time&material, Outstaff;
- To promptly and promptly pass on key points of the object with formal documentation;
- Good knowledge and ability to apply in practice Waterfall and AGILE methods of implementation/development of IT projects;
- Set objectives, manage priorities and control the fulfillment of objective tasks by experts of the objective team;
- Manage risks and resolve conflicts;
- Agree with the customer on the terms of project implementation;
- Work with contracts on support of the project decision.
