Promotion Terms & Conditions
1. Offer Overview
Upon purchasing one AI assistant, the client is eligible to receive up to three AI assistants within a single project for the price of one (the “Promotion”).
1.1. Promo Code Terms (BANZA3X1)
- To qualify for the Promotion, the client must provide the promo code BANZA3X1 when submitting a request or engaging with a Banza representative.
- The promo code BANZA3X1 is mandatory for eligibility. Banza reserves the right not to apply the Promotion if the code is not provided.
- The promo code may be used once per client and per contract.
- The promo code may not be transferred to third parties without prior written consent from Banza.
- The promo code has no cash value and is non-exchangeable and non-refundable.
- Banza reserves the right to invalidate the promo code in case of misuse or violation of these terms.
2. Eligibility
The Promotion is available to legal entities and individual entrepreneurs entering into an agreement with Banza during the Promotion period.
3. Scope & Exclusions
- The Promotion applies only to the base license of AI assistants and does not include:
– platform licensing fees (including, but not limited to, third-party vendor licenses);
– implementation, setup, and customization services;
– integrations with external systems;
– support, training, and maintenance;
– additional modules or advanced functionality.
- All additional services and licenses are charged separately as per the commercial proposal.
4. Commercial Terms
- This Promotion cannot be combined with other discounts, special offers, or custom pricing unless agreed in writing.
- Pricing is fixed at the time of contract execution.
- Any renewals, extensions, or scaling beyond the Promotion period will be subject to standard pricing.
5. Technical & Operational Conditions
- All AI assistants must be deployed within a single legal entity and a single project scope.
- Splitting across multiple entities or projects is not permitted.
- Banza reserves the right to assess and confirm technical feasibility based on the client’s infrastructure.
6. Timeline
- The agreement must be signed within the Promotion period.
- Implementation may occur after the Promotion ends, subject to mutually agreed timelines.
7. Anti-Abuse Policy
- Banza reserves the right to deny participation in the Promotion in cases of suspected abuse, including but not limited to artificial contract splitting or misuse of terms.
- Violations may result in cancellation of the Promotion benefits.
8. Liability
- Banza shall not be liable for any limitations or inability to use AI assistants due to the client’s infrastructure, third-party platforms, or external factors.
- The client is responsible for obtaining and maintaining all required platform licenses.
- The client is responsible for compliance with all applicable laws and regulations in connection with the use of AI assistants.
9. Changes to the Promotion
Banza reserves the right to:
- modify these terms at any time;
- terminate the Promotion early;
- limit participation without prior notice.
10. General
- Participation in the Promotion constitutes full acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
- Any disputes shall be governed by the terms of the executed agreement and applicable law.
